Reloxi Watch Shop works with reliable watch manufacturers located within The United States and China. Each supplier is vetted, screened, and issued a scorecard verifying authenticity of manufactured watches, fulfillment rate, processing time, and refund policy.
All watch orders are fulfilled timely and carefully tracked and managed by Reloxi Watch Shop. Each product order is reliably shipped via Reloxi Watch Shop's proven USA and Chinese watch suppliers. Watch shipments are fulfilled via major carriers including Yun Express, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Reloxi Watch Shop does not keep its own warehouse of watch and watch accessories in stock at its physical headquarters, but effectively operates on a dropship e-commerce business model working to ensure each product order is successfully delivered to its customers.

Order Processing and Delivery Time
F​​​or shipments to my USA customers from my USA manufacturers, the processing time is between 3-5 business days with a delivery time estimated at 3-7 business days.
For shipments to my USA customers from my Chinese watch suppliers, the processing time is the same with an estimated delivery time estimated at 7-20 days.

For shipments to my international customers from my USA and Chinese watch manufacturers, the processing time is the same with a delivery time estimated at 7-30 days.

A tracking number is also provided via email when available. I will work to assist to ensure successful fulfillment and delivery of your watch order.​​

Product Returns
No returns or refunds granted for buyer's remorse return requests. Returns and refunds are only granted for goods damaged during transit and within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 35% may be rendered at the discretion of the supplier. A return label may or may not be furnished to the customer by the supplier and is dependent upon the supplier from which the product originates. Customer must return the defective/damaged item within 15 days of initiating the return request or if provided with a return label by the supplier.
